Refund policy
- Due to the ingestible nature of our sachets, returns are not accepted for safety and quality control reasons — even if the product is unopened or sealed.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the nature of the concern.
- Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.
- Each AQUON subscription delivery contains 24 sachets — designed for a 4-week cycle of 6 sachets per week, with 1 rest day weekly to support balanced hydration. Subscription orders are shipped every 4 weeks. Customers will receive reminder emails before each recurring order is processed, and any change requests must be submitted before the order moves into processing. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be accommodated.
- Please note that cancelling your subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed. If your subscription was active at the time the recurring order was generated, that order will proceed through fulfillment even if the subscription is cancelled later.
