Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Due to the ingestible nature of our sachets, returns are not accepted for safety and quality control reasons — even if the product is unopened or sealed.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the nature of the concern.
- Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.
- Each AQUON subscription delivery contains 24 sachets — designed for a 4-week cycle of 6 sachets per week, with 1 rest day weekly to support balanced hydration. Subscription orders are shipped every 4 weeks. Customers will receive reminder emails before each recurring order is processed, and any change requests must be submitted before the order moves into processing. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be accommodated.
- Please note that cancelling your subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed. If your subscription was active at the time the recurring order was generated, that order will proceed through fulfillment even if the subscription is cancelled later.
