Shipping policy

The shipping charges are mentioned at the time of checkout.
Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
You will receive an email once your order is confirmed.
You will also receive a tracking link along with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
The time of delivery may vary from state to state. However, we try our best to deliver your orders between Monday to Saturday.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from the time they are placed.
In case you receive a partially shipped order, rest assured the remaining items will reach you shortly. If opted for COD, you can pay for your order in parts.
Your product will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city's tier.
For metro cities, deliveries are usually completed within 2 to 4 working days. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, delivery may take 5 to 9 working days.
For remote locations, North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and island territories, delivery may take 7 to 12 working days.

Delivery Policy

All AQUON products are sealed, tamper-proof, and packed in protective packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
COD is available for all orders, even the ones subject to offers and promotions.
We are not responsible for damages and loss post-delivery.
In case the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and notify us immediately at [ care@drinkaquon.com] within 48 hours.
