Directions, warnings & storage

Empty one sachet into water — 300 ml Charge / 450 ml Hydrate / 600 ml Chill. Stir thoroughly before drinking; do not consume directly. One sachet per day; do not exceed. Suggested consumption window: up to 30 consecutive days. Store in a cool, dry place; protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
